I am Jenna and I created New Habits Nutrition to be the final stop between where you are in your health and where you want to be. My goal is to empower you take control of your health so you can take control of your life and live your purpose.

I've had my share of struggles throughout life. From being obsessed with body image, to suffering from a traumatic injury, to developing an ever-evolving list of food sensitivities, to navigating the challenges of creating the life I want.

I've wanted to give up. I've wondered if the time, money, and effort of achieving my goals was worth it. I've felt so overwhelmed with life that I didn’t know where to begin. But at the end of the day I know the outcome will be worth the effort, so I power through.
